Chief Ignacio (1828–1913) was a chief of the Weeminuche band of the Ute tribe of American Indians, also called the Southern Utes, located in present-day Colorado north of the San Juan River.

Hello! I have been a photographer all of my adult life after graduating from Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, CA. I have been painting for the last 20 years. I am mostly a self taught painter but have attended several workshops over the years. Most of my paintings center around the subject matter of the desert southwest, although lately have been exploring seascapes. My fine art photography has been published and collected by numerous corporations and private collectors for more than 25 years.
